Be your own Valentine this year, and give yourself the invaluable gifts of time, quiet, reflection and self-awareness.
In this very special workshop we’ll be focused on cultivating self-love through self-awareness and self-care. Our practice will combine flowing yoga and free movement with self-massage, before eventually sinking into soft, supportive Restorative Yoga poses.
This is going to be a practice where you will be invited to put yourself first, and really listen to what your body needs - hopefully allowing you to get a better understanding of how these self-care moments can be carried through into your everyday life, too.
We’ll end our practice by sending love out as well as creating it for ourselves with a gentle loving-kindness (or ‘metta bhavana’) meditation.
As always with my special events, our workshop will be set to a bespoke, love-filled playlist and we’ll gather at the end with a hot tea and a sweet treat to guide you gently back to earth.
The cost of the workshop is £30. and includes your hot tea, sweet treat and a love-ly goody bag to take home.
