Hello!

I’m Alexandra. It’s so nice to see you here.

I’ve been teaching yoga for nine years, and practising for 14 - my first training was an in-depth 500 hour course covering everything from Vinyasa Flow to Restorative yoga, with a Hot Yoga Specialism. Since then, I have continued to develop my teaching with ongoing education, and have completed my training in teaching yoga to children, too. I am also a massage therapist, having completed my VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Body Massage, along with a specialist qualification in Pregnancy Massage, and an advanced massage techniques course enabling me to work with hot bamboo, hot stones and other techniques.

In my years of personal yoga practice and my teaching, I’ve never been able to commit to one school of yoga. Just like I couldn’t choose a favourite Bruce Springsteen song and I don’t want to eat the same thing for breakfast everyday, I like to practise different types of yoga - or blend different styles together - to suit my energy level and my mood.

My classes are like this too - magpie-like, I take my favourite elements of lots of different types of practices and weave them together to create something new. I have a keen interest in meeting people where they are. Whether you’re feeling tired and strung out, or high-energy and keen to build strength, there is an element of this practice that will serve you. I see it as my job to help you find it.

I’d love to hear from you. Pop over here to get in touch.
